Account and Data Deletion Request
At CNG Hub, we respect your privacy and guarantee your right to delete your data at any time.
How to delete your account:
Option 1 (In the app):
Go to Menu > Profile > Settings and choose Delete account. Deletion is immediate.
Option 2 (Web/e-mail):
Send an e-mail to suporte@itapox.com with the subject Account deletion, from the address registered in the app.
Which data is deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- User profile (name, e-mail, photo).
- Subscription and passport history.
- Records of linked devices.
Note: public collaborative contributions (such as reported prices) may be kept anonymously, as they are part of the community's history.
